Moore, Collins (1776-1849)

Scope and Contents: The ledger contains two distinct handwritings; presumably that of the senior Collins Moore and that of his son. An index for accounts is included on the inside front cover and first page. The entries list individual names and the items and services rendered by the Moore’s including the sale of farm products and animals, smoking meats, and the use of carts, oxen, and farmhands to haul hay and potatoes.
