Biography

George Ward Lawler (1886-1974) was born in Iowa. He was a bulb farmer and owner of the George Lawler firm which sold tulip and other flower bulbs. He married Esther Wyckoff Metzger in 1925. With his wife he had two sons, Ward and Donald. He is buried with his wife in Tacoma Cemetery, Tacoma, Washington.
