Biography

Esther W. Scott (1895-1986) was born to Samuel I Scott, a dentist and Mary Webb Scott. She was a teacher in the Public Schools of the District of Columbia system and was Teacher-in-Charge in the Oyster School. She toured the grounds of Dumbarton Oaks, Washington, D.C. with her students. She is buried with her mother in the Sandy Springs Friends Meeting House Cemetery, Sandy Spring, Maryland.
