Grace Hoyt Jones Mosier (1893-1977) married Harold Gerard Mosier in 1918. He was an American lawyer and politician who served one term in the U.S. House of Representatives as an Democratic at large representative for Ohio between 1937-1939.

Handwritten note from Grace Hoyt J. [Jones] Mosier possibly sent from the Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. to Anne Sweeney tells her Mr. Mosier [Harold G. Mosier] and Grace appreciate her kindness in arranging a visit to the beautiful gardens on an "off" day. Her sister-in-law, Mrs. Jones thoroughly enjoyed it and both loved meeting her.
