Biography

Katharine McKiever was President of the Washington Unit of the Women’s Overseas League in the 1930s. She was attached to base and evacuation hospitals at Nantes and Savenay during World War I and was director of the American Red Cross photographic section tasked with identifying graves of missing service members.
