Kit is a tied roll of canvas with inside pocket-inserts holding a variety picks, scissors, and tweezers, before 1959.
Consists of one bound notebook labeled "Anatomy Lectures" containing notes taken by Howard Yaffee while attending lectures in gross anatomy and neuroanatomy at Harvard Medical School between 1947 and 1948; lecture schedules are stapled at the front of the volume.
