Consists of records kept by Griffith as manager of Lillie Langtry, Includes Griffith's date books, 1889-1890 (as Langtry's manager), 1897-1898, and 1902-1924; diary and memoranda books, 1896-1902 and 1904-1907; letters from Thoda Cocroft, Harry Frazee, and others, 1922-1923; financial records, 1919-1924; and two partial drafts of his typescript memoir of the Boston stage in the 1860s through 1880s, titled "In My Time."
