Scope and Contents: Panoramic photograph of the members of the Harvard ROTC taken in 1917. The photograph features 62 men dressed in uniform, half of whom are holding a rifle on the right sides. The inscription in the center of the photograph reads, “Company E . . . ROTC Harvard University . . . 1917.” The lower left-hand corner inscribes, “Falk Photo Co./767 Washington Street Boston.” No names are written on the photograph, but Leggett is probably pictured as the eleventh man from the left of the column.
