The Harvard Film Archive Cinematheque Collection consists of film program calendars from the Harvard Film Archive from 1984 until 2007. In addition, the collection consists of programming calendars from fifty different archives, cinematheques, and museums, as well as a small collection of film journals, festival programs, and newsletters from the period of approximately 1970-2006.

Collection of long time Boston-area film projectionist Steve Livernash consisting of ephemera related to Boston area movie theaters, including program calendars and documents relating to film projection in each cinema such as union contracts, licenses, and projectionist-written operating notes. Also included are a set of non-theatrical film catalogs from the 1960s and 1970s.
