McClelland (1917-1998), was a psychology professor at Harvard University (1956-1987) and known for his wide-ranging research on personality and motivation. The collection consists chiefly of biographical materials from the 1920s to 2012 about David C. McClelland compiled by David G. Winter, a former student, colleague, and research associate of McClelland.
