Contains papers of American author Gore Vidal (1925-2012), including literary manuscripts, correspondence, political papers, legal and business records, photographs, family papers and mementors, and other material. Also includes papers of his companion, Howard Austen (1929-2003).
Consists of pocket diaries from 1921, 1922, and 1925; photographs; circus posters; and personal correspondence. Includes correspondence of Mecusker's brother-in-law Charles M. Belknap and niece Berenice H. Belknap, who both resided with Mecusker in the 1920s, as well as letters addressed to her mother Clementine Lord, and an 1894 diary apparently by Clementine Lord.
Includes photographs of Mansfield (some inscribed by Mansfield to Prahar); pencil drawings by Mansfield; playbills and programs; clippings; and a manuscript diary / itinerary book kept by Prahar while on tour in 1900 and 1901. Also includes a scrapbook of clippings relating to Prahar's sculpture career, 1922.
