Summary: Consists of 64 photographs of Russian theater figures, many of them with signed autograph inscriptions, including Konstantin Stanislavsky, 1922-1923; cabinet photographs and cartes-de-visite, mostly of European actors, circa 1890; research material on the Moscow Art Theater, 1923-1973, including programs, clippings, a 1968 audiotape of a lecture by Samoiloff, and lecture notes from 1971-1973; and glass slides relating to Russian theater and the Federal Art Project.
Summary: Includes a family bible published in 1766, recording the children of Sylvester Sage, 1793-1880, including daughter Huldah who married Jaazaniah Crosby, with an unsigned manuscript "Confession of Faith" in rear; a family photograph album of cartes-de-visite, many of them of the Crosby and Bridge families, undated; and a printed play inscribed "Crosby.".
