Series I: Exhibitions and Events

Scope and Contents

This series contains images pertaining to exhibitions and events at the Fogg Museum, the Busch-Reisinger Museum, and the Arthur M. Sackler Museum between 1929 and 2001. During the earlier years, the media contained within the folders was primarily 8 x 10 black and white photographs and their negatives. Towards the later years, however, the media tends to be more 35 mm color slides and strip negative film. The later descriptions (beginning in the early 1990s) also, for the most part, include the name of the curator of the exhibition. Entries with an asterisks indicate that these folders were added after the completion of the list. To avoid renumbering all the folders contained within the series, these folders were given numbers at the end of series, but placed within the series by chronological order to maintain the original order of the series.
