Collection consists of one handwritten cookbook entitled "Cahier des recettes pour faire des liqueurs, maspineries et remèdes pour différentes maladies pour Mde. de Cireaut" (92 pages, includes index), circa 1780. The cookbook was previously owned by French chef Raymond Oliver, and has a small sticker with his name on the title page.

The cookbook was deposited at Harvard in April 2012. It forms part of the Julio Mario Santo Domingo Collection.
