BIOGRAPHY

Psychotherapist Pearl Alice Hydler was born in Newark, New Jersey, the daughter of Fae and Joseph Slatin. She graduated from Upsala College in East Orange, New Jersey (1967), and received a master's degree in psychology from the New School of Social Research (1977). In 1949 she married Samuel Hydler (born October 10, 1919), an electrical contractor and boxer. They had a daughter Glenda. She practiced as a psychotherapist in New York City.

Frieda Kalfus Moskowitz (Born: 1884 in Krachow, Poland, Died: April 23, 1947) and Pincus Moskowitz (Born: January 27, 1878, Krachow, Poland) had 6 children: Nat Moss (Born: 1899 in Krachow, Poland, Died: March 20, 1988), who married Jeanne Moss with whom he had 1 daughter, Pearl Moss (married Herb, 2 children: Fran, Jeff), 1 son Boy (Herb) (married Caroline, 2 children: Rusty, Steven); Aaron Moss (Born: November 3, 1909 in Newark, New Jersey, Died: December 23, 2007), who married Min Moss (divorced) with whom he had 1 son, Jerry; Esther Berlowe (Born: June 27, 1912 in Newark, New Jersey, Died: March 10, 2001), who married Eugene Berlowe, with whom she had 1 daughter: Barbara (1 son: Jonathan);   Fae Slatin (Born: July 26, 1905 in Newark, New Jersey, Died: February 17, 1991), who married Joseph Slatin (original name Joseph Jacob Slotinsky, born in Grodvo, Russia), with whom she had 1 daughter Pearl Hydler (married Sam Hydler, 1 daughter Glenda), 1 son Martin Slatin (married Myrna, 3 children: Craig, Shelly, Marla); Harry Moskowitz (Born: June 16, 1907 in Newark, New Jersey, Died: October 1, 1975), who married Guste Moskowitz (divorced), with whom he had 4 children: Joel, Melvin, Ellen, Larry; and Monroe Moskowitz (Morris) (Born: February 1, 1903 in Newark, New Jersey, Died: December 16, 1992), who married Elsie Moskowitz.
