Biographical data on some of Radcliffe's early African American students, both undergraduates and graduates, assembled by Ellen NicKenzie Lawson Henle and by Faith Adiele. Data was collected from the Registrar's records, alumnae files, yearbooks, reunion reports and reminiscences, and cover the college experience and later careers of African American students from the Class of 1898 to 1933.

These biographies were assembled in the Archives by Faith Adiele in 1985-1986. Ellen Nickenzie Lawson also gave her study and research notes to the Archives on Radcliffe's African American students in July 1983.
