The second phase of a government center complex in Tange’s hometown, comprised of a civic center with a civic lounge, a cafeteria, and meeting rooms. Three stories, 12.74 meter x 6.75 meter gridded reinforced concrete frame structure with a cantilevered roof at the third floor level. Built.
