A prefectural government office in Takamatsu City, reinforced concrete frame structure, comprised of an 8 story high wing (+ mezzanine and 3 story penthouse) with a center core, and a 3 story lower wing elevated from the ground with free-standing columns. The façade and ceilings are characterized by the exposure of main beams in pairs, and smaller beams (11.4 cm wide) between columns. Built.
