A competition winning project for the Tokyo metropolitan government office. The main building, an 8 story building with 2 basement floors, has a 26.5 meter x 99.5 meter footprint. It has a reinforced concrete frame structure spanning from 5.2 meters to 7.2 meters, and a steel and glass facade. An expansion plan shows the potential for an additional high-rise wing and a larger hall between both wings. Currently demolished.
