A small single-story children’s library, with an inverted concrete shell structure covering the circle-shaped reading room. This project represents the first collaboration with structural engineer Yoshikatsu Tsuboi. Utilities and an office area designed in a trapezoid-shaped plan project out of the main structure. Currently demolished.
