Extent6 linear feet
This collection contains ephemeral material created by individuals, student organizations, and offices at the Harvard Law School. The collection includes event flyers that were posted on campus and distributed to students; surveys; formal invitations; student election flyers; and miscellaneous publications from offices, programs, and events. The bulk of the material was created in the 1990s, but there are items dating from 1971 through 2015. Much of the material was collected by a former Harvard Law School Library staff member who maintained a mailbox at the Law School in order to collect material distributed to the community. A smaller quantity of the material was donated by individuals from offices and programs at the Law School. Institutional records, most of which were memos circulated to faculty, staff, students, or a combination thereof, have been removed from this collection and are closed to researchers due to university records restrictions.
Within each series and/or subseries individual items or folders are identified by box and folder number. For example, the number 5-3 corresponds to box 5, folder 3.
Processed by Jane Kelly, May 2017. There was not a clear original order to this material, so it was arranged chronologically during processing.
