Historical/Biographical Information

Among the admininistrative changes and educational reforms introduced under Christopher Langdell’s Deanship (1870-1895) was the publication of the School’s law examinations. At first these were published separately for use during the exams themselves. In 1878 the Law School began to compile and publish these examinations annually.
