This Series relates to Constitutional Law: Cases and Other Problems, two volumes, 1967 edition, by Arthur E. Sutherland, Paul A. Freund, Mark DeWolfe Howe and Ernest J. Brown. The Series consists of correspondence, research material and notes on the various topics and cases involved. In 10-1 there is a copy of a paper on "The Dynamics of Federalism" by Professor Carl J. Friedrich of Harvard College.
