Items in this group were transferred to the Harvard Law School Library from Professor Sutherland's office in January, 1974. Much of this material was kept or placed by Professor Sutherland inside 3-hole notebook covers, for convenience of storing and retrieving.
Material in this group supplements items in the manuscript boxes of Contingents I and II, and all of these materials should be used jointly.
