Folders contain material pertaining to the Seminar on the Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendment which AES taught as a Constitutional Law course at the Harvard Law School. Material consists of reading lists, outlines of seminars, lists of students who attended seminars, students' "work in progress," student papers, AES's notes and some clippings.

Arrangement is chronological, covering the period 1950 to 1968.
