Series Note

This Series consists of materials pertaining to articles, speeches, lectures and book reviews written or presented by AES from 1940 to 1963. Folders contain notes, drafts and research materials as well as reprints of some of AES's articles and speeches. Some correspondence about individual reviews or speeches is also included. One central theme in these writings is the relation of the individual to the democratic society around him, and the questions in constitutional law raised by this relationship.
