Series contains mainly material on AES's courses and seminars on Commercial Law and a course and seminar he taught in the college entitled Government 224-A; the latter dealt with current problems in American Constitutional Law. Type of material included are syllabi, notes, student papers, legal cases used as illustrations of points and printed items. Period covered is 1950 to 1965.
