This series contains material on cases which Magruder deemed important enough to keep separate from his file of numbered cases. Most of these cases include drafts of his opinions. Some of the cases are from other jurisdictions where Judge Magruder occasionally sat on such courts. Files include, in addition to drafts of opinions, printed opinions, memoranda, briefs and other legal forms, and correspondence with other judges involved in these cases.
