Scope and Contents Extracts from the Cambridge Town Records and the records of the Cambridge Proprietors of property granted to Harvard College including an ox pasture and school house, dated 1638-1769. "For Hon. S. A. Eliot" is inscribed on the verso, probably Samuel Atkins Eliot (1798-1862), a graduate of Harvard College (AB 1817) and Treasurer of the University from 1842 to 1853.
