Scope of the Foundations and Consultancies Series

Records in this series document PNY's consulting and advising activities, except for those consulting and advising activities he pursued on behalf of the Ford Foundation. They include correspondence requesting his participation, copies of PNY's replies, documents from seminars in which he participated, reports, correspondence and press releases he authored on behalf of the organizations, minutes, clippings, offprints, and scrapbooks documenting his United Nations study groups to Japan. Most of the files contain documents ranging over only a few years, suggesting the temporary nature of these relationships. Records in this series are in alphabetical order by name of the body for which the consulting activities were performed.
