Copy of a mediators' report, dated September 23, 1806, by Thomas Sparhawk and Caleb Hall, who acted as referees, or mediators, in a land dispute between Mr. Smith and Moses Stubbs. They concluded Stubbs was entitled to a deed for his portion of the land in Bucksport, Maine.
