Scope and Contents
Illustrates changes to the Board and disagreements with the committee to visit the college regarding scholarships. The Act of Legislature of the Commonwealth was implemented and secured only residents of Massachusetts to be on the Board. Laws were also amended to require committees to visit academic departments.
