Collection consists of correspondence between Charles H. Waterbury and John Chapman of Boston, Theodore French, Emile A. Balaguer, C. C. Moore and others. It also contains five scrapbooks containing clippings and correspondence. Both correspondence and scrapbooks concern chess problems and include diagrams and solutions.
