Contains 3 designs for the 1952 New York City Ballet production of Ballade, 1 design for the 1972 Shubert Theatre production of Creation of the world and other business, 3 designs for the 1953 Martin Beck Theatre production of The Crucible, 1 design for the 1960 St. James Theatre production of Do Re Mi, 3 designs for the 1960 ANTA Playhouse production of J.B., and 1 design for the 1944 Metropolitan Opera House production of Pictures at an exhibition.

Biographical / Historical

Boris Aronson was an American scenic designer for Broadway and Yiddish theatre. He won the Tony Award for Scenic Design six times in his career.
