This collection contains printed theatrical programs, souvenir motion picture programs, as well as standard and old style theatrical souvenir programs from the 19th and 20th centuries based on the works of William Shakespeare. Productions are primarily from the United States and England with a few from France, Scotland, and New Zealand. It also includes some clippings, playbills, copy prints, lithographs, and pamphlets. Notable productions include Hamlet, Romeo and Juilet, Macbeth, The Taming of the Shrew, Julius Caesar, Othello, and many others.
