Collection consists of three letters dated from 4 June to 17 November 1890.

The letters concern Bulhão's solitude and wish for visitors; the manuscript draft of his Memorias which he gave whole or in excerpts to Castro; and his pleasure at the publication of his article by Nova Tempo (a political newspaper founded by Castro).

Biographical / Historical

Raimundo António de Bulhão Pato, known as Bulhão Pato, was a Portuguese poet, essayist, and writer. Alberto Osório de Castro was a Portuguese poet, journalist, and lawyer.
