Curator's notes: Based on its digitization, we can confirm that this recording is not identical to the produced Harvard Vocarium version of "Difficulties of a Statesman" (HFS 3120). It is distinguished by the manner of Eliot's reading and an extra sound (possibly Eliot's voice or the engineer's) at the end.
