Scope and Contents
A study of the lichens from the Ringgold and Rodgers expedition, 1853-1855. Title taken from note in William G. Farlow's hand: "Original drawings of lichens of N. Pacific Expl. Exp. under Ringgold & Rogers, Chas. Wright, botanist." Species are described in “Observations on North American and other lichenes” by Edward Tuckerman in Proceedings of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, v. 5, page 383 for April 22, 1862.
