Typescript Dumbarton Oaks Agenda from Ruth Havey listing items to send or return to Ellis Russell, secretary, and probably for Mildred Bliss. Specific items mentioned in agenda include: for the Arbor Garden or Arbor Terrace: wall panels, concrete paving plan, and a possible solution for the lead cabinet or bookcase missing handle; for Mélisande's Allée: steps, inner ramp, outer ramp, present stone wall, seat, and drainage; for Rose Garden: finalities shield and arms materials, Quod Severis Metes inscription design and material of Tennessee marble; for the Terrior Column and Enclosure: the seat and support materials, graveling walkway, shifting of small shrubs, thinning bamboo, and removing large hemlocks suggesting possible plant replacement near walkway; for the Founders' Room: wall fabric; for the Greenhouse or Cool House conversion to a Garden Center suggesting replacement roof materials and other alterations.
