Letter from Isabelle M. Stover to James Bryce, 3101 R Street, Washington, D.C., June 30, 1943

Scope and Contents

Copy of typescript letter from Isabelle Stover on behalf of Beatrix Farrand to James Bryce tells him an enclosed bulb order should go to Oregon Bulb Farms. The Narcissi bulbs are for both Dumbarton Oaks and Mildred Bliss. The Bliss order was heartily approved by John Thacher. Also enclosed with the letter was a copy of an order that was sent to George Lawler for tulips next season. Bryce is to let Stover know at once if something needs to be changed on the order. Another order enclosed was to Davids & Royston Bulb Company for Hyacinth bulbs and Pansy seed. Enclosed orders no longer with this letter.
