Consists of correspondence, financial and personnel records, committee records, fund-raising records, teaching records, and a limited number of newspaper clippings. Topics of correspondence include Harvard Fatigue Laboratory operations and activities; correspondents include Harvard University, the United States Office of Scientific Research and Development, and the War Manpower Commission. Personnel records include war records, recommendations, Harvard University appointments, United States personnel security questionnaires, rosters, and job descriptions. Teaching records consist of lectures and lecture notes, reading lists, and a grade book. Also included in the series are committee meeting records from the Joint Research and Development Board.
