Scope and Contents Correspondence in which Bigelow and fellow members of the Committee on Education of the Massachusetts legislature challenge Elisha Bartlett's (1804-1855) interpretation of Pennsylvania law establishing a board of medical examiners. There is also a letter responding to Bartlett's earlier correspondence in which Bartlett accused the committee of doing him "grievous wrong."
