Scope and Contents
Consists of, primarily, large bound volumes of the records of the activities of the many internal BWH committees. Some of these committees include individual department management groups as well as committees on quality assurance, ethics, services, medical staff, credentialing, risk management, patient care, and many others. Records include meeting minutes, reports, agendas, policies, action recommendations, memoranda, and related correspondence.
