Series X contains Minot's research notes on blood and nutrition; more information about his research is found throughout the collection. Topics include blood diseases, blood work, transfusions and anemia, and include many illustrations. There is a significant gap in the research records from 1917-1926, and some of the notebooks are difficult to read.
