Augustus Phineas Reccord (1870-1946) graduated from Brown University in 1892 and from Harvard Divinity School in 1895. He was ordained to the Unitarian ministry in 1895 at Chelsea, Massachusetts, where he was pastor. During his career he served parishes in Chelsea, Cambridge, and Springfield, Massachusetts; Newport, Rhode Island; Detroit, Michigan; Montreal, Canada; and Louisville, Kentucky. Reccord also published Who Are the Unitarians? in 1920.
