Francis Tiffany (1827-1908) graduated from Harvard College in 1847 and was ordained to the Unitarian ministry that same year. He served parishes in Springfield and West Newton, Massachusetts. He was also Professor of English Literature and Rhetoric at Antioch College in Ohio from 1865 to 1866.
