Includes a two deeds of land in Torrington, Connecticut, from tavern keeper Abel Beach (1712-1796) to his son John Beach (1750-1824), dated 1782 and 1784; two deeds of land in Goshen, Connecticut, from Nathaniel Baldwin (1720-1805) to his son Isaac, dated 1785 and 1798; and several letters from Baldwin family members regarding religion and farming, dated 1795 and 1800.
