Scope and Contents

Topics discussed by the lecturer and students include expressing your feelings in the workplace, managing emotions in the workplace, social ranking/personal relationships, effective communication within the workplace, non verbal communication, the importance of the supervisor gauging employees’ emotions, and putting yourself in the shoes of your employees.
