Contains correspondence among investors and others involved in the Connecticut Land Company, primarily related to difficulties selling land in the Connecticut Western Reserve, and obtaining payment, dated 1797-1812. There are letters of Stanley Griswold, Brinsley Norton, Enoch Perkins, Thomas Gaylord, Aaron Olmstead (1753-1806), N.W. Howel, and Ephraim Starr.
