Contains correspondence and records, dated 1650-1651, including a letter from iron works investors John Becx, William Hickocke, and Joshua Foote to Henry Webb and William Tyng, informing them John Gifford was to replace Richard Leader as managing agent at the iron works, an account of bar iron sold by William Shelbye to individuals and shipped to London, and a deed from John Knowles to John Becx and Co. for about 20 acres of land in Lynn.
